month 1
Module 01: Business Foundations
Determine the precise overlap of your calling and what your people need to craft a focused, aligned, and profitable business concept. We’ll also cover the nitty-gritty of incorporating your business & make major mindset headway in thinking like a Kingdom Founder.
PROJECT: Complete the first part of your business plan (foundational business purpose, audience profiles, industry analysis); incorporate your organization; set up your banking.
month 2
Module 02: Craft Your Offers
Create a business plan made up of fine-tuned and niched-down offers that leverage the best of your skills in the whitespace of your industry. You’ll make your first financial projections and suppliment with additional revenue streams.
PROJECT: Finish your year-one business plan (offer details, revenue streams, financial projections).
These months are used to catch up from previous months (because life is always life-ing) and take what you’ve learned to the next level. If you need extra time to finish content or your projects, take it! If you're itching to keep going and have energy to spend, then bonus workshops will be available for you to go deeper and wider.
month 6 and 7
Module 04: marketing & sales
More than tips and tricks to Instagram fame, you’ll be educated on the principles of marketing and flex your creativity to create a marketing and sales plan that works for you, your business, and your people (hint: social media is just one lever of hundreds to explore). Sales make you feel yucky, or are you terrified of sales calls? You’ll leave this module with the confidence and peace to sell, baby, sell!
PROJECT: Create a 1-year marketing strategy & a 90-Day detailed marketing plan; create your first sales funnel; outline your sales call process if applicable.

Module 05: website
Finally, we come to bring your business to life on a website! You’ll learn the strategic skills necessary to build your own site, and get access to workshops and templates to help you DIY this massive piece of your business. You’ll leave this module with your first website completed, or your current website audited and refined.

Module 03: branding

Module 06: expansion & iteration
You enter this module with everything you need to make your business a reality. At this point, it’s reasonable to assume you’ve made a few sales and are ready to shift from building your business to running it. You’ll learn in this module how to track, iterate, and expand what you’ve created in Founders Society so far. Expect lessons on KPIs, campaigns, launch planning, team expansion, and profit reinvestsment.
Once your business is founded, it’s time to put some clothes on it! You’ll leave this module with a complete Brand Guidelines book that outlines your brand’s soul, language, and visual representation.
PROJECT: Complete your Brand Guidelines (voice, tone, colors, fonts, logos, core messaging).

I’ve always had a conviction of God’s power to change the world through His people. And I’m equally sure that the world works hard to thwart the beauty and truth of this work. I started Yonder (then known as Awake & Seek) in November of 2020, and it took years to grow through learning (read: mistake-making) into the confident and success businesswoman I am today.
Perhaps like your calling, Yonder was born from a vision of expansion. Inspired by my home state of South Dakota and the promise in Ephesians 3 that we serve a God who is and does far beyond what we can imagine, I founded Yonder to take my calling as a coach and creative and stretch it farther and deeper.

No. The course is dripped according to the schedule outlined above to keep you appropriately on pace! New course content is dropped on the first day of each month.
Will I receive access to the course all at once?
Founders Society uses Circle, Google Docs, and Canva most often as additional software. All of these have free versions! In your business journey, there is much you’ll need to pay for (like your website hosting platform, for example), but there will be no additional required costs to get the most out of this program.
What else will I need to pay for?
Sure wish I could, but that would be irresponsible. There are so many complex and contributing factors to growing your business, most of all that I can’t control the financial choices of other people. I can say that having you make real money that can support you is attainable and a hope of mine for you, and I will do whatever I reasonably can to help you build a business that has profit potential.
Can you guarantee that I’ll make money?
Nope! Founders Society is designed for called women across a variety of fields: Coaching, writing & speaking, small business, service providers, and more. I’ve coached women who work in HVAC as well as women who speak on stages. You might not find Founders Society your best fit if you plan on fundraising capital for your project.
Is this only for coaches?
You might love our retreat option. But also check your expectations, my friend. Even with the retreat, which helps you do a ton of the heavy lifting in that first quarter, your business will likely never be a set-it-and-forget-it kind of thing.
What if the slow-grow isn’t for me?
Yes! You can pay upfront, or monthly for any of the programs.
Are there payment plans?
FAQ
I’ve totally been there! If you purchase Founders Society and determine within 30 days that the program isn’t a good fit for you, reach out to me directly and we’ll discuss your refund options. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis, but you’re free to cancel your future recurring monthly payments at any time, no questions asked.
what if this is isn't for me? Refund options?
Alas, I am but one woman. As Elphaba would say: I’m limited. I will respond to messages within normal working hours (9-5ish, M-Fish). Those in the VIP tier will receive priority response, and have a private channel for real-time coaching and material review. So if you’re hoping to have an on-demand coach, the VIP tier is your best bet! But even then, you can expect me to respond within those working hours :)
will i get unlimited access to victoria?
Circle is a course and community platform. It’s the home of Founders Society! Your coursework, live sessions, homework, and community interactions are all hosted there. There is a desktop version and a phone app. Once you’re inside Founders Society, you’ll get a complete tour of Circle :)
what is circle?
Founders Society is a coaching community for DIYers; not a done-for-you service. So while you’ll be educated on marketing foundations, you’ll need to create all your own content. I’ll teach you the strategic flow of a high-converting website, but it’s up to you to design and build it. Make sense?
If you’re hoping to have a lot of the work taken off your plate, this isn’t the community for you (and I encourage you to explore our services!). There’s always the option to hire our team to complete some of these business-building tasks for you, but that’s not included in your purchase.
What WON’T I get in Founders Society that I might expect to?
If you participate fully, you will accomplish the following goals in Founders Society: Write a business plan, incorporate your business, create your offers & price them, create a financial plan for your first year in business, determine your verbal and visual branding, create your marketing & sales plan, master sales calls, build and launch your first website. Phew!
What exactly will I get out of Founders Society?
At Yonder, we don’t discriminate against anyone based on their religion (or anything else). But our content and coaching is deeply rooted in the Christian faith. If you don’t find yourself aligned with this value system, you might not find this as transformative a program as other programs might be for you.
Do I have to know Jesus to be in this group?
